Mindfulness and Gratitude Training

Mindfulness is used by Dr Vicki to focus clients and to “ground” client’s perceptions in the “here and now”. Clients who are overly analytical can work against this by being self-reflective. Clients have their own unique story to tell and what that story means to them and the story along with effective therapeutic guidance provides the impetus for change.

The Monarch Butterfly stream-lines the present moment from emergence as a caterpillar to transformation as a Butterfly by making the most of each moment, each minute, each hour and each day and by taking advantage of all opportunities.

A Monarch Butterfly not only lives in the present moment (having a very short life-span) but also leaves a very light wing-print or foot-print. We can reflect and learn from the Monarch.
