Pricing

  • Face-to-Face Counseling at Dr Vicki’s Practice Location and On-line Counseling using Skype Video-Conferencing and Telehealth Options are available.
  • Treatment of adults 18+ New Zealand only.
  • Skype Service / Video-Conferencing / Telehealth / available in a Full-Sound and Visual Immersive experience for Clients throughout New Zealand. Dr. Vicki has commercial grade broadband internet connections paired with professional sound and video systems to be able to deliver crystal clear online communication with clients. Dr. Vicki recommends clients  download the free application from http://www.skype.com   Call Dr Vicki on 021 415 588 for FREE help and assistance in down-loading the Free Skype application if required.
  •  On-Line Counseling Sessions both Video-Conferencing and Telehealth (telephone) are one hour and charged out at $150 + GST per hour. Please note that the first session is two hours allowing for comprehensive assessment and clinical interview i.e., $300 + GST.
  • Future Sessions are also one hour and charged out at the rate of  $150 + GST.
  • All Couples Sessions for Relationship Counselling in-person at Dr Vicki’s Practice Location or by Skype are for two hours and charged at $300 plus GST.
  • Dr Vicki’s Relationship & Sexual Intimacy Stress Test purchasing information is contained under Dr Vicki’s Relationship & Sexual Intimacy Stress Test & Relationship Therapy section under the “Services Toolbar.
  • Any Reports requested are charged out at $150 + GST per hour and Dr Vicki will  provide an estimate of time required for reports.
  • A 24 hours Appointment Cancellation is required. A 1-hour Cancellation Fee will be charged if the above condition is not met.
  • Note 2. Disability Allowance from the Ministry of Social Development NZ. Some clients may be eligible for a Disability Allowance of $65.36 cents per week depending on certain criteria (length of time re treatment “6-months plus” and income limits). You do not have to be on a benefit to claim the Disability Allowance and it is not taxed. The income limits for the Disability Allowance are taken from the NZ Ministry of Social Development website 2020 and are the following:

Individual clients wishing to see a Specialist Registered Psychologist, such as Dr Vicki (for treatment every three weeks) for a condition estimated by Dr Vicki to require treatment for a period in excess of six months and who meet the eligibility criteria for the Disability Allowance will be able to receive (a session every three weeks up to and including 10 sessions)  which the Disability Allowance can pay for at Dr Vicki’s current hourly rate of  $150 + GST. Payment

Payment is due at time of consultation payable by standard eftpos card or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Debit card). In addition payment is available by BNZ Pay Clip and PayPal on invoice.
